introductory level class that deals with the various aspects of living things.
It is a laboratory-oriented class involving the methods and technology of
science. Freshmen must score appropriately in their 8th Grade Science class to

expands coverage of environmental study and focuses on taxonomy of plants and
animals, etc. It includes dissections and anatomical comparisons and mammalian

This course is
designed for students to reinforce and extend student’s knowledge of science
applications and principals. Students will examine major phase of growth and
management of agriculture products through the use of numerous laboratory
experiments and exercises. Students will maintain a Supervised Agricultural
Experience Program and may participate in agricultural science activities of the
FFA.

is a basic course in chemistry but college prep is the purpose.
It is highly recommended for anyone considering science or science-related
majors. Included are mole concepts, writing and balancing equations, gas laws,

working in the Kulbartz Nature Preserve. It includes monitoring plant and
