If you would like to fill out forms ahead of time they can be accessed on each school's page. Bring two proofs of residency, wear a mask, and please avoid bringing minor children while visiting the school offices, as we are trying to minimize the number of people in the buildings at one time.

If you have students in more than one building, you will need to go to each of these buildings to register your student(s) as we have different paperwork that needs to be completed at each school.  We will make copies at the first place that you register your students to have you avoid having to duplicate residency, transportation, and other forms.

We have been informed that some people are having trouble getting physicals/immunizations/etc.. scheduled.  Please try to get this taken care of as soon as possible so your student(s) will be ready when school starts.

Physicals are required at Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grade.

If your child will be participating in extracurricular activities/sports and does not require a school physical, a sports physical must be completed.  Physicals are only good for 1-year.

Dental and Vision exams are required at Kindergarten, 2nd (dental only), 6th, and 9th grade.
