The Vermilion County Principals Association would like to invite all former members of Vermilion County Basketball Tournament Championship teams from 1916-1969 to a special recognition on January 24, 2026. Join us at halftime of the 6:30 pm 3rd/4th place game as we celebrate your place in our county’s basketball history!” We also invite the community to share history with us! If you have photos of past championship teams, post them in the comments so we can celebrate those memories together. The Buffalo teams that will be honored this year are 1918, 1932, 1939, 1953, 1955, 1965 The Bulldog team is 1962.
