Weβve recently had an increase in cell phones going off during class, so we wanted to send a quick reminder to families
If your child brings a phone to school, please make sure it is turned off or set to silent and kept in their backpack during the school day. This helps minimize disruptions and keeps the focus on learning.
We appreciate your support in helping us create a calm, focused classroom environment for all students. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

As the weather warms up, just a quick reminder about our school dress code βοΈ
Please make sure students are coming to school dressed for a day of learning, playing, and staying active. A few helpful reminders:
β’ Shorts and skirts should be an appropriate length
β’ Shirts should fully cover the torso (no midriff or inappropriate graphics)
β’ Closed-toe shoes are best for recess and play
We appreciate your help in keeping our school a safe, positive place for everyone! If you ever have questions, feel free to reach out π

Mrs. Funk, Ms. Heaven, and Miss Haleyβs Pre-K class spent time this morning picking up trash around the school grounds in honor of Earth Day. They learned the importance of caring for the world around usβincluding our school community!

There will be no Project Success today or tomorrow (4/22 & 4/23).

Reminder! There is no Project Success tonight, or tomorrow due to parent teacher conferences. Make sure if you haven't yet, you schedule your conference.
Thank you!
Thank you!

We've got quite a few lunch boxes in lost and found. As the weather warms up and we continue to go outside for recess this will most likely only grow. If you see your student's lunch box, please swing by during Parent Teacher Conferences to pick it up.

Alex had such an awesome week that he got to spend a little extra with our SRO Coleton Murray. Alex is on the look out for Officer Murray almost every day, and Officer Murray says Alex always makes his day that much better! ππ
He got to check out the speed gun, turn on the siren, and switch in the lights.

As we head into Spring Break, weβre sharing an important reminder about our drop-off safety and visitor procedures at Pine Crest Elementary. The safety and security of our students, staff, and families remain our top priority.
Please take a moment to review the updated guidelines regarding building access and visitor check-in procedures. We appreciate your continued cooperation in helping us keep Pine Crest a safe place to learn and grow. π

Today was "Dress Like the Principal Day" for Read Across America Week. We had so much fun seeing all these awesome kids do their best impersonations of us! Some even went as far as drawing on mustaches and beards for that touch of awesome. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, consider us flattered and proud!
Thank you PC Family for the uplifting day.
