Pine Crest Holiday Programs For students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, there will be a 1:00 pm dress rehearsal and a 6:30 pm performance on each Holiday Program day. After the performance, parents or guardians must sign out students from their classrooms. It is essential for all students to attend both the 1:00 pm dress rehearsal and the 6:30 pm performance.

Oh no, don’t eat me! Thanksgiving is next week, and Tom Turkey is very scared and does not want to be caught for Thanksgiving dinner! Students in Mr. Herrin’s class worked on disguising a Tom Turkey so he would not get caught. Students had fun working on the turkey with their families at home and showed their creativity in the disguises. Lots of good disguises this year!

Ms. Corinn and Ms. Paige visited our classroom last week. These two awesome ladies are students with Parkland’s dental hygienist program. As a part of their classes, they were required to do a presentation on dental health to a local classroom. Corinn is a GRF alumni and chose to come visit our preschool. They taught our students all about dental health and wellness with fun, engaging activities. Each student received a free dental hygiene bag as a thank you gift! Here are some action shots from the presentation. The class favorites were working with the alligator to brush his teeth and practicing flossing teeth! 🦷
