Mrs. Esteppe's class did an art lesson during the end of year countdown and learned about tint, tone, and shade. They completed an ice cream cone project showing off their own gradients!

The countdown continues! Today second grade is doing their Read Outside day. Mr. Herrin's students have the option to read a book or listen to a book on Epic! They are enjoying spending time outside reading and enjoying the beautiful weather.
Mr. Herrin's class is celebrating their “G” day of the Second Grade countdown by playing games today! Students could bring in their own games to play and have fun with friends! Lots of intense Uno games going around today!

Today, they took the opportunity to circulate around the classroom, offering adjectives to describe their friends. Additionally, each student crafted heartfelt handwritten notes to share with both their peers and the staff here at Pine Crest!
