Liam Courtwright answered 17 tossups earning All Vermilion County honors in scholastic bowl at the county tournament today. He is celebrating with a mountain of wings.
The GRHS scholastic bowl team is competing in the Vermilion County Tournament today at BHRA. They will face off against each other school in the county. There will be 7 rounds with 6 matches and a bye round. Matches start at 8 am. Buff Nation, Lets Ride!
The GRHS archery team is hosting the Buffalo Stampede this Friday and Saturday. All Georgetown Archers are shooting Saturday. We will be honoring the seniors at the meet tomorrow. Buff Nation, Lets Ride.

The GRHS scholastic bowl team won their pool and ended up placing 4th in the VVC tournament last night. Liam Courtwright earned All Conference honors with his 35 tossups answered during VVC matches. Maddie Digby and Cale Cavanaugh each answered 6 tossups during pool play last night earning their spot on the All VVC Tournament Team. Congratulations!
Look for the Caught You Being Kind cards that came home with each student. All week, parents, teachers, students, and staff should catch each other being kind and fill the Wall of Kindness! On Friday, students with a Caught You Being Kind card will be entered into a prize drawing!
