Here is the schedule of weekly events at GRHS for April 8th-13th.
The pole vault portion of the Vermilion County Track Meet broke in the new pit at Georgetown Ridge Farm High School. Georgetown-Ridge Farm-Chrisman's Haley Carlton vaulted a personal record of 3.38m (11ft 1 in). Armstrong-Potomac's Eli Kennel vaulted an outdoor PR of 3.23m (10ft 7in). They both earned All County patches. Congratulations you two!
The public is invited to the GRHS track on Saturday, April 6, at 3:00. Our very own Haley Carlton will be pole vaulting as a part of the Vermilion County Track Meet! Admission is free and you get to see one of the states premier pole vaulters! Hope you can come!

These seniors were rewarded today for doing well on the SAT! Buffalo Wild Wings and Mikes Chill made for a great day! Also ran into a couple GRHS grads while getting ice cream. Good times.

Pole Vault returns to the Vermilion County Track Meet at 3pm on Saturday April 6th. Come and support the 3 time (soon to be 4 time) state qualifier Haley Carlton as she vaults at the new track and field facilities at Georgetown-Ridge Farm High School. She is looking to set a PR, earn an All County patch, and set a Vermilion County record. Eli Kennel from Armstrong will also be vaulting.
Today's GRHS baseball game vs Tri County has been canceled due to weather.

The Red Tail Ranch, a not-for-profit organization focusing on education about native plants and pollinators, delivered National Geographic butterfly lifecycle kits to four classrooms at Pine Crest Elementary. Dr. Cat Eads, GRF Director of Student Services, and President of the Red Tail Ranch, delivered the kits and a check to have the caterpillars delivered to each classroom.
GRFC Girls Track meet at PBL tonight has been canceled due to weather.
Reminder! There is a scheduled School Improvement Day, Wednesday, April 3, 2024 with an 11:15 dismissal.
The GRHS Student Council wants to thank those who participated in this year's Egg My Yard Fundraiser. It was a great success! If anyone has eggs that they would like to donate to the High School, we would happily take them to use again for next year. Thanks again for supporting the GRHS Student Council!
