GRF's Got Talent was two weeks ago, but here are the performances from the top places in the talent show. This recording came from the assembly the day after the talent show. The students from MMJH and GRHS got to show off in front of everyone from both schools. Everyone did a fantastic job and we can't wait to see what next year brings. Buff and Panther Nation, Let's Ride!

This is Mrs. Emily Murray , she is one of the kindest people to ever exist. She is so so caring. She inspires me everyday to go out and do great things. I want to be just like her someday. She is probably one of the best people to have around all of the time. #nslw2025 #supercool

This is Mr. Howard, our agriculture teacher at GRHS. He's a funny, intelligent, and compassionate educator who is deeply dedicated to his students. Mr. Howard constantly pushes those around him to grow not just academically, but as individuals. His passion for teaching and his strong character make him a standout role model both in and out of the classroom. Happy National Student Leadership Week! #nslw2025💜💛🦬

I chose Mr Sliva as my mentor because he always shows kindness to the students no matter who it is whether it’s just stopping kids in the hall to tell them how great they did in their sporting event or just starting conversation about some things you both enjoy. He is so involved in our school, you can truly tell he cares about the kids who go here and I really appreciate everything he does!

#nslw This is Mr. Wills, he is my health teacher this year but was my Athletic PE teacher last year. He has always been a big supporter of me and all of my other classmates. Thank you for always believing in me and my peers. You have made an impact on all students here at GRHS! Thank you Mr. Wills and all of our staff here at GRHS 💜 Happy National Student Leadership week!!

Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Taylor have both played a huge role in inspiring my love for math. Mrs. Kelly’s patience and ability to explain complex problems in simple terms made even the toughest topics feel achievable. Her encouragement pushed me to keep going, even when I doubted myself. Mrs. Taylor, on the other hand, has a passion for math that is contagious. She makes the subject fun by connecting it to real-world scenarios, and her enthusiasm makes me excited to learn. Both teachers have shown me that with hard work and a positive attitude, I can conquer any challenge.

I chose Mr. Harris as my mentor I look up to for various reasons. One of the reasons I look up to him is because he always pushes me to be my best self even when times are hard and never fails to put a smile on my face. We have been a duo since 7th grade basketball seasons when he pushed me to play even though I never have before.

Celebrating National Student Leadership Week by shouting out two amazing mentors who’ve shaped who I am today! Mr. Pearson. He’s not just my track coach and teacher. He’s been like family (and so has the rest of his family). From cheering me on at practice to letting me be a part of his family’s life he’s always been there for me. His support and encouragement mean the world to me. Thank you for pushing me to be stronger every day. Mr Howard, my FFA advisor, thank you for believing in me and shaping me into the leader I am today. Through every contest, meeting, and early morning practice, you’ve believed in me and taught me how to lead with purpose. Your guidance through FFA has helped me grow more confident, passionate, and ready for the future. It is because of you that I know what I want to do after I graduate, and I hope someday to inspire others the way you inspire me. You both inspire me to be my best self, and I wouldn’t be who I am without your support! I am so thankful for both of you! #NSLW2025 #ThankYouMentors #Leadership
